Carrie R. Goldman focuses her practice on all areas of family law, including mediation and the litigation of domestic relations matters. She has extensive experience in the areas of divorce, complex asset valuation and division, child-related matters, including child support, child custody and removal, post-divorce modification, enforcement of alimony, child support and other judgments, and negotiating and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Prior to joining Ginsburg & Leshin, LLC, Carrie practiced family law as an associate at Ginsburg, Leshin, Gibbs & Jones, LLP from 2014-2016 and as an associate at a boutique Boston based law firm from 2007-2014. She also previously worked in the area of Social Security disability law representing clients in administrative law hearings throughout the United States, from 2005-2007.

Carrie received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2005 and she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University in 2001.

Carrie is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (December 2005), The United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit (January 2008) and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (February 2008). She is a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation (MCFM).

Carrie co-authored an article published in the Massachusetts Law Review, "Family Law - Subject Matter and Personal Jurisdiction for Divorce of Absent Spouse: Miller v. Miller, 448 Mass. 320 (2007)," Massachusetts Law Review, Vol. 92, No.2 (2009).
